Turkey And Oyster Dinner

Friday, October 26, starting at 3:00 P.M. and Saturday, October 27, starting at 1:00 P.M. are this Fall's dates for the Turkey and Oyster Supper! Crafts are also needed for this event. As always, we look forward to the fun and fellowship of working and eating together, and raising some needed funds to support the ministry of our church. We need your help and support. The fellowship is just as good as the food! Help is always needed during the week of the suppers. Choose a time and come out to help.

The walking route is approximately 4.6 miles, the distance a woman walks for water in a third world country. Each walker is asked to secure pledges towards the walk. The money collected will be divided equally between the Thurmont Food Bank and the Thurmont Ministerium. See Pastor Jeff or Ms. Joanne. All ages are invited to walk. Those under 18 years of age must have a parent sign a "Release and Hold Harmless Agreement" in order to participate in the walk. See you on November 4th at 1:30 p.m. at the Senior Center in Thurmont.
