Vacation Bible School Donations Needed

We are in need of donations for "High Seas Expedition" Vacation Bible School, which will be held during the week of July 26th-30th. Please leave your items in the vestibule. Items that require refrigeration should be placed in the fridge in the kitchen marked for VBS. We also will gratefully accept monetary donations. The following items are needed:

Wanted: "High Seas Expedition" VBS Crew

If you love the Lord and you love kids, we have a place for you on our "High Seas Expedition" VBS Crew! There are lots of fringe benefits; hugs, smiles and high fives, lots of laughter and kids in motion, yummy snacks, fun games, songs that get us moving, the exciting adventures of Chadder the Chipmunk, awesome Bible stories, and helping children to explore God's Word at VBS during the week of July 26th-30th.

We need crew leaders (middle school or older.) Crew leaders, you're not in charge of preparing or teaching activities; you just need to be here and help a crew of 4 or 5 kids enjoy VBS as you lead them to each activity during the evening. Also needed are helpers for crafts, games, and snack.

Don't forget about our pre-schoolers, we need station leaders and helpers for our three and four year olds.

We have a spot for everyone, no application required, just put your name on the sign-up sheet in the vestibule or see Joanne. Thanks for your support…We Love VBS!!

Come Join Us For Summerfest

I hope everyone is enjoying their summer and getting some rest and relaxation away from the busy school year schedule. Don't forget our worship hours are 8 A.M. and 10 A.M.; that gets you home earlier on Sunday and in time for a picnic lunch or a dip in the pool. Summerfest is in full swing during the 10 A.M. service. Kids ages two through 4th grade, if you missed the first Sunday or two, don't worry, there's plenty of summer Bible learning and fun waiting for you. Remember, there's always time at Summerfest to go outside and enjoy some games, and the Veggie Tales video clips on the big screen in the sanctuary are a big hit, too!! See you next Sunday at Summerfest!

Joyful Noise Offering Provides Food for Racine, Wisconsin

At "press time" for our newsletter, our Mission Team was in Racine, Wisconsin. We have been in contact, and everything is going great. Thanks to the congregation for your support throughout the year. This trip would not be possible without all of you!

$206.50 was collected at our Joyful Noise offering on June 13, and was used to buy food for the Racine, Wisconsin Food Bank. Again, thank you for your generous support!
